Most hybrid publishers and many traditional publishers do not include editing in their pricing because editing needs vary greatly and almost always require more than one round of edits. We're including editing as if we only need one round of editing because producing a high quality book is of greater importance than profit. As a result, we do not publish all that is submitted to us. (If you are comparing us to WestBow Press [which is an imprint of Author Solutions], note that for several of their packages they offer a credit toward editing, but editing is not included in their packages.)

Like self-publishing, you own the files. (If you are comparing features to WestBow Press, note that they own the files.)

Like self-publishing, you buy book copies at cost directly from the printer, and we'll show you how to do that. (If you are comparing us to WestBow Press, note that you buy author copies from them at a higher price than the cost of printing—and that's why they include a credit toward your first book order.)

We design the home, book, speaker, author, and contact pages on FGFunnels. However, once the site is designed, you pay the FGFunnels fee either annually or monthly plus the email distribution fees. (You can create your own pages, of course!) Our website and courses and email and calendar and automations are all on FGFunnels, and we love it!

Domain registration is an annual fee, so we will help you set it up, but you pay it separately from us.

We will design the page with the photo(s) and video(s) that you provide. (That is, we do not provide photography services.)

Some bureaus require a speaker reel. Because creating a reel requires photos and videos of you, either you'll create the reel or contract us to create the reel (separately) with the photos and videos that you provide. (That is, we do not provide photography services.)
